Our uniquely styled apartment was refurbished in 2023 with stylish retro decor and amazing artwork from local artists. The apartment has an open plan design including a kitchenette with a coffee machine and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
Situated above the The Crown Inn, a busy village pub with a beautiful beer garden, incredible events space, amazing food and a warm welcome.
We have monthly comedy nights and regular music events (see facebook for upcoming events), but we do not open late (last orders at 10.30pm) so you won’t be disturbed by noise from the pub. The pub is open and serves food Weds – Sun with a Fish & Chip van outside every Tuesday. See website for details.

The Local Area
Pilton is a lively village with regular events, a village shop and coffee shop. We are close to lots of great places to visit including:
- Shepton Mallet (5 mins) with Collett Park, a great park and play area for kids, some lovely independent cafes and antique shops. Small market every friday.
- Wells (15 mins) with it’s cathedral and bustling High Street. Market every Wednesday & Saturday.
- Glastonbury (15 mins) with Glastonbury Abbey, Glastonbury Tor and a vibrant High Street with lots of interesting shops and cafes. Market every Tuesday.
- Bruton (20 mins) with Hauser & Wirth (art gallery, gardens and restaurant), independent shops and great restaurants including Osip, The Old Pharmacy & The Chapel. Market every 3rd Saturday.
- Frome (25 mins) with a great art scene, independent shops. Market every Wednesday & Saturday plus a Flea & Antque Fair every Wednesday and a large independent monthly market (1st Sunday of the month) website.
The closest railway station is Castle Cary (20 mins) with frequent trains to London Paddington. Further afield Frome and Bruton also have train stations. Buses are very infrequent, but we can advise re booking taxis.
